YWC fully understands the importance of human resources and devises tailor-made training programs coordinating with JICA, either JICA-initiated training programs or trainings as a part of projects. The curriculums are on various subjects, such as planning, operation and maintenance, financial and management plan, water quality management, organization and personnel management, or customer service.
